Effective date: July 29, 2026
TankLog is built to keep your data yours. This page explains, plainly, what that means.
Nothing. TankLog does not collect, transmit, or store any of your data on any server. There are no user accounts, so there is nothing tied to your identity for us to hold.
Every tank, test result, event, and reminder you log stays on your device, in the app's local storage. If you use iCloud device backup, your data may be included in that backup the same way any other app data would be — TankLog itself has no cloud sync of its own and no server to talk to.
None. TankLog does not use analytics SDKs, does not track your usage, and does not include advertising of any kind.
The one-time unlock is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details — Apple handles billing under its own privacy policy.
You can export your test history to CSV at any time, directly from the app, and share or store it however you like.
Deleting the app removes all of its local data from your device. Because we never had a copy, there is nothing further for us to delete.
TankLog does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect information at all.
If this policy changes, the effective date above will be updated and the new version posted here.
